Who We Are
About Paul Speziale B.A.Sc., M.A.Sc., President
Born of western European descent (50% Italian and the rest English, Irish, Scottish and French) but all Canadian, Paul became interested or obsessed with science at an early age.
After obtaining his Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (minor in Psychology) at the University of Waterloo and his Master's in Engineering Physics from McMaster with Honours, Paul worked for several large tech firms.
Seeing an opportunity (but mostly out of boredom ), Paul left the corporate world to focus on growing businesses. He built his client list from scratch.
He decided to focus full time on dental businesses after a short stint as a general business consultant because he discovered that his strategies worked well in attracting patients to dentists.
He believes no problem is unsolvable. So he has advocated a great deal of time and capital to applying, adapting and adopting solutions for clients and for his own ventures.
In his spare time, Paul reads boring marketing and psychology books, plays with language, trains outdoors by running and practicing martial arts, golfs terribly, performs sociological experiments on innocent people, and is a connoisseur of emerging technology, imported beer and good pizza (sometimes simultaneously).
Depending on the day, his favorite quote is either: “Life is either a daring adventure or nothing. Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than exposure.” - Hellen Keller or “Man who say it cannot be done should not interrupt man doing it.” - an old Chinese proverb
Some of his own quotes are:
"People are bored and life isn't so serious, have some fun with your marketing"
"There is no failure, only feedback. Reframe the experience and carry on."
"Test, test, track, track"
